1. What happened after Chisty left Alex to go to the pool with her cousin while Alex was with Mary Lou?

        Alex held Mary Lou’s hand and told her he liked her.

       Mary Lou loves Alex now. She is “mooning over him”

   4.  Since Alex told Mary Lou that he liked her, what might be the ending and why?

They might start out dating/going out because they like each other and they had a romantic afternoon under a tree (Answer may vary)

   5.  Do you think telling Beth Ann that she was hanging over Derek was good or bad?

        Good because Mary Lou was honest./Bad because Beth Ann is mad at her now. (Answer may vary)

1.Describe Beth Ann’s new behavior. How Does Mary Lou feel about it?

Beth Ann is acting like she had just been crowned the queen.When Mary Lou came over her house she was reading a magazine and sounded like Christy and Megan(snob) just because she is going out with Derek.Normally Beth Ann would tell Mary Lou evry detail like the color of the car and if the car was clean or dirty ect. Mary Lou said Beth Ann is driving her nuts.

2. How does Mary Lou react when Mr. Furtz dies?

Mary Lou considers this to be “the wost thing that happened”. Mary Lou would play with their kids. She would go over there house every now and again.

My connection is when my cousin ,James, comes to over to visit , James dose the the same thing Carl Ray has done to Mary Lou to me. James lives in New York so I don’t see him often. But for the tinebeing I do see him , I have to make-up James bed ,like Mary Lou , I also have to serve him his lunch and dinner ( not make just give) because he is so little (10 years old,and two years younger than me),and  James is a guest. He is a candy-fanatic. James leaves candy wrappers all over his bedroom and i have to pick it up not his sister, not my sister, yes me. one thing that drives me crazy is that he sleeps in MY room.

Mary Lou Finney,a thirteen year old girl, needs to write a journal for her English class. Then she talks about her parents,her seventeen year old sister (Maggie), her twelve year old brother(Dennis),her eight year old brother (Doug known as Dougie),and four year old brothers (Tommy) as well.Mary Lou had liked a boy named Alex Cheevey who is really a jerk. Next she tells about Megan and Christy talking about Christy’s party,which Mary Lou is not invited to,Mary Lou thinks the party is really stupid. Mary Lou’s best friend is Beth Ann who walks from school to home.Mary Lou’s cousin Carl Ray comes to the Finney’s residence to look for a job for possibly the rest of the summer. Mary Lou’s mother gives a long list to do for the preparations for the arrival of Carl Ray.Mary Lou ended up doing all the work with little help from Dougie because Maggie went to the ER with Dennis who got hurt from the old bed’s spring.When Carl Ray arrived, he hardly talks and all he did is eat and stay in his own room. Also just when dinner is set on the table he appears to eat.He will gets all the privileges first like use the bathroom and get his food first.Maggie is out with her boyfriend Kenny and it is one AM.She is going to be in so much trouble because she left at noon.

1. Why was Paul content (happy/accepted ) to be backup goalie?

Paul was content to being back up goalie because goalie get hurt alot. Back in Huston Paul use to get hurt alot and they would always be a back up goalie. So he knows that he will be in more than one game.

2.What happened when Paul went in to the soccer game for Victor? What was Victor’s reaction?

Victor had to go to the emergency room because the top of his was bleeding,and he needed stitches. So Paul filled in for Victor. Victor insisted not going to the emergency room ,and was that he had to leave in the middle of the game. But when Paul told him that he only scored one Victor was happy.

3.Why didn’t Maya need Mrs. Fisher’s encouragement?”

Maya didn’t need encouragement from Mrs. Fisher because she plays with boys for a long time. Maya can make it to the All-County on a boys team. Maya is a great soccer player .Maya is acually a great player.

If I was going to make Tangerine into a movie I would have to choose the backround music. I would choose the theme song Jaws in the begining of the movie during the flashback.I would choose the theme song Jaws because during the flashback Erik was trying to hit Paul with a baseball bat even though his parents say that he was in the dining doing his homework .

2. The title is Working TVs at home. There is a satillite dish with a circle/pie graph.The satillite dish represents the TV.
3. The circle/pie graph is the circle in the satilllite dish. There is the circle graph and there are 2% for none ,15% for one,29%for two,and 54% for three or more.
4. i learned that 2% of the USA has no TV working.
